This is a custom recording created by the user or one of our professional voice talents. This is the first greeting a caller will hear when calling your toll free number. This is a great place to welcome callers and direct them throughout your system.
You can have as many voicemail boxes connected to your toll free number as you wish, so each department or key person within your company has their own personal extension. Never miss a call again! Each mailbox can be programmed with as many forwarding numbers as needed until the appropriate party takes the call live, or if you wish, sent a caller directly to the voicemail box greeting where then your caller will be able to leave a message. Mailboxes can even be programmed to forward only during business hours, and after hours the caller could be sent to voicemail! Each mailbox has its own Paging, Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer, Call Return, and Card-less Calling Card capabilities.
We capture the telephone number of every call into your system, even if the number is blocked! We use ANI or Automatic Number Identification, a call capture feature that is similar to caller ID but can not be blocked. We will then notify you of the information by pager, phone call, or e-mail. For an additional 10 cents per lookup, you can also view the caller's full name and address! (WebLINK required for Name/Address Capture)

Every caller is a potential qualified prospect. Don't let any opportunities get away!
This feature can be added to customers who have WebLINK to capture the name and address of the person calling. The price for this service is $49.95 for 500 successful lookups. Unlike other features this is not a monthly charge. The service can be added to automatically renew after 500 captures or to expire once 500 captures have been utilized.

Lookups are not counted toward the allotment for any unresolved lookups, administrative calls to the number (i.e. checking messages, recording greetings), or any calls placed from myChoiceVoice Systems. Calls placed from the same phone number but do not meet the above criteria would count as separate lookups. The authentication service being used updates their records on a monthly basis ensuring the most accurate information as possible.

Lookups can be accessed through the reports tab in WebLINK. For each report run an additional column appears to the right side of each call. If there is a successful lookup the name would appear where it can be selected to reveal the address as well as additional information about this person. If a name does not appear one of the following would:
  • Unresolved - An attempt to capture was performed but information was not found.
  • Not Purchased - The customer does not have name capture or has run out of their allotted captures.
  • Not Processed - The system has not yet attempted to capture.
  • Service Provider - The phone number was from myChoiceVoice Systems.
  • Administrative - The caller entered a PIN during the call to check messages or perform administrative tasks.
This is a custom recording created by the user or one of our professional voice talents. This is often used by companies who have several employees utilizing the system. Instead of listing all of the personal extensions from the initial greeting, you can send your caller to a directory where they can choose the appropriate extension. Pressing 8 from the initial main menu greeting sends the caller to the list of extensions.
This service tracks you down at your home, office, cellular phone, or any other number of your choice to deliver the caller to you. It can announce the caller and let you choose to talk to the person or send the caller to voicemail. You can schedule times of day and days of the week for taking calls on a particular number. Being available to callers can mean the difference between getting the sale or not.
  • Save huge amounts of time by not talking to “time wasters” sending them to voice mail instead.
  • Create an image of a single office while you and your partners work from different homes, different cities or even different states.
  • Boost your efficiency by blocking out “DO NOT DISTURB” times (when you won’t take calls) to complete office work.
  • Customer service is a vital part of any business. Follow-me-live-call-transfer allows you to provide the best.
  • When a call is announced to you, you now have the option to send the caller on to another 10 digit phone number of your choice. For instance, if the call is sent to you on your cellular phone, but you’re walking into a facility that has a local land line, you can choose to forward the caller to that number, so you don’t use any of your cell phone minutes!
The automated attendant asks callers for their name before forwarding a call so you can decide whether to take the call or send them to voicemail!
Differentiate business calls from personal even if they ring in on the same line. When a forwarded call is received the automated attendant will announce there is a call and what mailbox the caller is coming from so you can decide whether to take the call or send them to voicemail.
Program any of your voicemail boxes to ask your callers as many questions as needed, one at a time, and record their response. The responses will all be delivered to you as a single message. This is advanced technology for taking orders, getting customer information, and screening calls!
This feature projects a new level of professionalism just as large corporations provide on hold music for their customers. During a live call transfer, callers will hear a relaxing instrumental piece until they are connected. Callers can also be placed on hold by pressing the “star” key during a live call and taken off by pressing the “star” key again.
There are an unlimited number of messages that can be stored in the mailboxes. We have worked with numerous large companies, including CBS, Microsoft, and Star Search. We’ve never had a problem storing the abundant messages that come through. The only stipulation is that any message that is not accessed for 30 days is automatically removed.
Outgoing greetings anywhere throughout your system can be as long or short as you wish. If there is a lengthy sales presentation, we want to support it!
While on a live connected call, callers can be transferred to another extension or greeting by pressing the destination mailbox or option followed by the “pound” key.
Call-Back and Pager Notification will call or page you to let you know someone has left a message in your myChoiceVoice voicemail box. If you have call back notification set up, when the system calls you it will play the message that was left for you over the phone. When a message is left the system places a call-back immediately, second call-back in two minutes, third call-back in five minutes, fourth call-back in 15 minutes, fifth call-back in 30 minutes, sixth callback in one hour, and then a call-back every hour thereafter until the message is picked up.

The ultimate flexibility tool, RecordEASE, makes the design and creation of your system a snap. Any recording or menu can be instantly tailored just by pressing a few keys.
While listening to voice mail messages you can call back the person who recorded the message you’re listening to automatically to the number they called from. Once you’ve spoken to the person you are returned to voice mail so you can go on to the next message.
People are accustomed to dialing zero to speak to an operator. You can designate any of your mailboxes to take on the operator task, so that any person or department can also be designated operator.

You can dial the * key at anytime while talking to a customer. This will put your caller on hold while listening to hold music. Once you're ready to take the call back, you simply dial the * key to reconnect!
Allows you to block any particular number from calling your 800 number and/or allows only a certain number of calls per day from any number. Numbers can be added or updated through WebLINK.
We call this the Ultimate Sales Tool as well because it’s a great tool for creating menu driven audio brochures so you can guide your callers simply & easily through your products & services and create sales even when you are not available. Voice on Demand lets you create an unlimited number of recordings and/or menus under keys 1-4 from the main menu and it makes it easy to set up.

Menus can be created from options 1 through 4 from the main menu. Each Voice on Demand submenu can have choices 1 through 5 to go to additional Voice on Demand submenus.
Allows people to send faxes directly to your toll free number, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Faxes are stored in the default mailbox designated to receive faxes. When calling into your toll free number to retrieve messages the system will announce when there is a fax. You then have the option of forwarding the fax to any fax machine, anywhere, when it’s convenient to you. Faxes can also optionally be retrieved as a tiff or PDF file through WebLINK or Email Delivery if those options are purchased.

Voice and Fax messages left on your voice system can be automatically sent to any existing email address. An email is sent with information about the call such as a time and date stamp of when the message was left, the mailbox where it was left, and the originating phone number. Voice messages are sent as a wav, mp3, or wma file attachment. Faxes can be delivered as either a tiff or PDF file attachment.
It's simple! Using your WebLINK Personal Internet Control Panel, you have the ability to browse documents on your computer, and select the one you'd like to fax out. We support most every popular office and image file format, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF!

You can download our FaxFREEDOM software that will install a printer on your PC that allows you to print any file type to any fax machine! For example, if you have prepared a Word document that you would like to fax out, simply select file-print and select FaxFREEDOM! You will then be asked to enter the fax number of the receiver. It's that easy!
This reservationless service gives you a permanent toll-free number that is available 24/7 for your conferences. Simply dial the toll-free number and enter your designated PIN to start conferencing anywhere, anytime! Operator and participant keypad controls allow for easy management. This service is $5 monthly plus 4.5¢-6.9¢ per minute, per user based on your calling plan.
This feature allows for a separate greeting from your main menu greeting to play after your operating hours. The caller can still navigate throughout your system, listening to product information, requesting “Fax Back” documents, go through your “Automated Order Taking,” etc, but they will know not to expect a live person. Times when the greeting plays is determined by a pre-set schedule.
This feature allows you to very easily create a dial by name directory using the WebLINK web interface. Dial by Name allows you to offer your callers access to the party they are trying to reach by having them dial part of the name of who they are calling. Using this feature allows you to avoid having to list numerous extensions for them to choose from and has the added benefit for smaller companies of giving the appearance of larger size. Advanced intuitive controls help to rapidly configure and maintain the dial by name database. Additions, deletions and modifications are a snap with the powerful yet simple interface. And if you have already entered names in WebLINK for mailboxes you can automatically generate the dial by name list with a press of this button.
We can load any selection of music on your system for callers to hear while they are waiting to be connected with you. We can also load informational recordings about your company as your hold music.
Callers are distributed equally to mailboxes on a ‘round robin’ basis. Systems can be set to automatically default the caller to the rotation at after they have listened to main menu greeting or as one or more of the options from the main menu. Any number of mailboxes can be included or excluded from the rotation.
Powerful Statistics Package allows you to see how people are moving through the voice system and how many “hits” you’ve had on each of the extensions. Html or comma delimited reports are sent daily by email and include weekly and monthly summaries.
Additional mailboxes can be added to any plan in lots of five at the same price. All of your employees can have access to voicemail, improving the image of your company, for about six cents per day for each mailbox.
Allows you to have a separate number as your fax line but have it tie into the existing FreedomVOICE system. Faxes are sent to the mailbox designated as the default to receive faxes. We offer 800, 888, 877, and 866 toll free prefixes. While all of these prefixes are commonly known as "free to the caller," some people still prefer to go with the prefix that has been around the longest, "800." Since these are harder to come by, we charge a slightly higher one time fee of $15.
